In the Heights New York Filming Locations | 2021 Netflix

March 03, 2020: In The Heights is now in production! Lin-Manuel Miranda was spotted filming the new Netflix musical In The Heights on Greenwich Street in New York, NY.

Due to Covid, production was shut down in March right in the middle of filming. Recently, we heard through the rumor-world that production has restarted and is back in Washington Heights.

Location # 1 is a 1950’s Coffee Shop set up inside the Spring Street Finest Deli. According to local Washington Heights residents Rita and Julie, the production crew setting up for a week before only 3 nights of filming.
