Jessie Beats Up Donnie

During the first season of AMC’s Preacher, one of the most memorable scenes was when Jessie makes Donnie squeak like a bunny in a bar. Thanks to recent tip from “Gen”, this bar was located in Moriarty, New Mexico, and was filmed at the historic Frontier Saloon/Bar. The building, situated at 201 E. Central in Moriarty, has a rich history dating back to the late 1800s and has been a popular spot for filming in the area.

The Frontier Saloon/Bar has a classic Western look with its wooden exterior and swinging doors. Inside, it’s a cozy and rustic space with a long bar, pool table, and various other amenities. The bar has served as a community gathering place and a popular spot for locals and visitors alike.

For the filming of Preacher, the production team transformed the bar into the perfect setting for the intense fight scene between Jessie and Donnie. The bar’s ambiance and unique character helped to make the scene feel authentic and added to the show’s overall atmosphere.
